Shirley has been a licensed REALTOR since 1988, specializing in the San Gabriel Valley Area. Since becoming a REALTOR, Shirley has worked for top producing offices with the Century 21 and Re/Max Organizations. Shirley is now co-owner with her husband, Gary, of her own successful real estate office, Carter and Associates - REALTORS, established in 1993. Shirley is a full-time dedicated real estate professional and has lived with her family in the San Gabriel Valley community since 1982.

Education
Shirley graduated from the University of La Verne, Magna Cum Laude, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies as well as a paralegal Certificate. She also attended Whittier College of Law. Shirley's legal background has given her the ability to provide her clients with exceptional listening, negotiation, and contract skills with a particular emphasis on details in the most complicated real estate transactions. Shirley has become an expert at putting together smooth, trouble-free transactions for her clients.
